Payments & Collections
Link payments from clients with outstanding receivables, based on a predefined reconciliation order. Late payments are automatically identified and charges are automatically calculated and applied.
- Automated disbursement processing – we have various international references and experience with integration via numerous payment processing systems and SWIFT Payments
- Repayment reconciliation: payments can be settled via direct debit or integration with another system. For batch payments, the system can manage the settlement order and close off multiple receivables with a single payment
- Late payment charges can be calculated automatically or on demand, either as a late payment spread or a fixed fee
GL Posting Entries
The system offers an engine that manages all journal entries based on predefined templates and fully automated events. The only thing left is to send the generated entries to the ERP System.
- All cash and non-cash related transactions also need to be reflected in the ERP system, our engine can handle this process with ease
- Based on predefined events, accruals or 1-off cash payments, you can predefine all events requiring GL entries using our Posting Templates
- Based on the predefined templates and the events in the system, the credit and debit GL entries, including all required dimensions, are automatically created
